Our adult and children's programs offer something for everyone.

Our Programs

Sunday School

Jesus said to them, “let the children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”  – Mark 10:14

Joy abounds as children sing praises to God, study God’s word, learn how to pray and make new friends.

Vacation Bible School

​

Each summer for one week, Greenwood Community Church becomes an exciting place of adventure and Bible exploration as enthusiastic children and adult volunteers gather for Vacation Bible School.

Youth Fellowship

Through all of the activities offered to youth, the church is equipping these young people to build their faith and carry it with them in their daily lives at school, on the sports field, at home, at work, and in their community.  The lessons they learn now have the ability to influence them throughout their whole lives.

Adult Education

Our Adult Christian Education ministry seeks to bring people from all stages of their Christian walk together for mutual growth and encouragement, and

grow in their relationship with God.

Childcare

Families are welcome to bring even the youngest members of their family with them to worship. ​​We have options for child-friendly spaces and caretakers can be arranged during services.​

Music & Performance

Share your talent with the community. Join the choir, learn to play bells, or bring your instrument along. Participate in annual concerts, talent shows, and other events.

Presbyterian Women

We commit ourselves to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study, to support the mission of the Church to work for justice and peace, and to build an inclusive caring community of women.

Mission Committee

The Mission Committee seeks to provide concrete ways for the members of our congregation to respond to God’s love in Christ through ministry and service in His name to the world beyond our own church.

All are welcome to worship with us, and are invited to participate in any of our activities and to make Greenwood Community Church, Presbyterian their church home. Join us for Worship Sunday mornings at 10:00 am, either in person or through zoom.
